I was a bit skeptical to use a supplement infused with herbs that have garnered mixed reviews (depending upon who was asked). But this product is excellent. Provides a calming effect for restful sleep without addictive properties or fogginess the next day. It does work by a cumulative effect, which means a commitment to taking it regularly for best results (the only "down" side for me because I don't necessarily want to take it daily). But it's a good product that I would recommend.

I bought this as half of one flavor and half of the other. I have to say that flavor wise, the tropical or pineapple (don't remember which came) tastes horrible to me, I prefer the berry flavor. Now, the product itself works perfect. I can actually go to sleep without feeling anxious. If you are like me, I was taking melatonin everyday and more than 12 mg per day and felt like it wasn't doing what it was supposed to do, if anything, I would get the opposite effect. I would recommend trying this, start with the 15 and see how it works for you.
