    I am sold on the U Sleep mix. It's simple, all natural and effective. Using the handy shaker bottle I fill 5 and a half Oz of cool water then add a couple of ice cubes and pour 1 packet of USleep in then shake.

    I am asleep in 15 to 30 minutes and stay asleep waking relaxed and fresh.
