1-2 teaspoons simple syrup (optional for added sweetness)

Lemon slices, passionfruit pulp, and mint sprig for garnish
Instructions:
Muddle the Mint and Passionfruit. In a tall glass, add the fresh mint leaves, the scooped-out pulp of the passionfruit, and the simple syrup (if using).
Gently muddle the mint leaves and passionfruit with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release their aromatic oils and flavors.
Prepare the Tropical Ü Sleep mixture. In a shaker, combine 4 oz of water with the Tropical Ü Sleep mixture. Shake well until fully dissolved.
Combine Lemon Juice and Tropical Ü Sleep.
Stir gently to combine with the muddled mint and passionfruit.
Slowly pour the Pellegrino over the mixture to keep it fizzy.
(Optional) Garnish with a lemon slice on the rim of the glass, a spoonful of passionfruit pulp, and a sprig of mint.
