A PSA on The Rise of Counterfeit Ü Relax and Calming Co Imitation Websites

Hi friends, 

Recently, we’ve been seeing a rise in counterfeit websites and unauthorized sellers pretending to be us. These sellers have been creating fake websites and listing fake versions of our products on major platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Alibaba. These products are not made by us and don’t meet our quality or safety standards. 

We want to set the record straight.

We have no control over what's in these knockoffs, and frankly, it worries us. We craft our formulas carefully and thoughtfully, with high-quality, tested ingredients designed to help you feel your best.

Here's how to ensure you’re purchasing the real Calming Co. products:

Buy only from our official website, www.calmingco.com. It's the only place we currently sell Calming Co. products.

We do not sell on Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, or similar third-party sites at the moment. If you see our name there, it’s likely a fake.

We do not authorize resellers. If someone is trying to resell our product, it has not been approved by us, and we cannot verify its authenticity.

We currently only ship within the USA. If you see listings that ship internationally, outside of U.S. military bases, they are not legitimate.

We will only ever contact you from these email addresses: support@calmingco.com and hello@calmingco.com. 

If you’re ever unsure about a product or a website, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll happily verify it for you!

If You’ve Been Affected

If you think you may have purchased a counterfeit product, please stop using it immediately and contact our Customer Support team at support@calmingco.com. 

Please include in your email the platform, website, or URL where you made the purchase, the lot number printed on the back of the package, and if possible, photos of the product.

This information will allow us to verify the product's authenticity and guide you with the next steps.

While we can’t offer refunds for purchases made outside our official store, this information does help us locate counterfeit sellers.

Our team is working diligently behind the scenes to report and shut down these counterfeit listings as quickly as possible.

Here is a photo of Calming Co.’s Ü Relax. Our product is called “Ü Relax Calming Tonic”. The colors on our packaging are quite light and our bags measure just over 6" wide.

Counterfeits

These are some common counterfeits we have seen. Firstly, notice one of the bags calls itself “iRelax by Calmly”. Visually, some of the counterfeits' packaging color is much more saturated, and the typography is unaligned. The ingredient list isn’t accurate to what our products contain. Additionally, the bag on the left measures 7 3/4" wide, while the bag on the right measures 7" wide.

Here are the backsides of a few common counterfeit packages. Notice the bag on the left -- it mostly includes icons instead of directions and information. It does not include any of our information or a LOT number. Now the bag on the right - it states that this is manufactured for “drinkcalmly.com”, does not include a customer service number or a LOT number. The ingredient list is also not accurate to what we include in our Calming Co. blend.

If You Think You’ve Got a Fake — Let’s Talk

If something feels off about a product you received, stop using it and shoot a message to our team at support@calmingco.com. We’re happy to help! When you reach out, please include where you bought it (website or platform), the lot number on the back of the package, and any photos you can share. The more details, the better. While we’re not able to refund orders placed outside our official store, the info you provide helps us track down the fakes and shut them down.
